Dirt, hair and grime can get stuck on the outside and makes it harder for air to travel into the machine. Mix that with the hot tempurature in spring and summer and you could have major problems and even have your refrigerator die on you. Avoid this by having better air flow by cleaning them 1 to 2 times per year.
